There will also be snacks available on Friday & Saturday. Your paid registration will provide complete access to all the sessions by Dr. Rick Kingham as well as full attendance to all Praise and Worship by Don Francisco and Mike Banta. You will also be filled with 3 days of fellowshipping with other Christian men in order to help spread God's glory across the land
I want to stay with my group at the summit. How do I communicate this to you?
Please make sure you note on the bottom of the registration form what group you are with. Every effort to keep you with your group will be made. Please be aware that as we get closer to the summit, it will be more difficult to accommodate this request so get your requests in early to have the best opportunity of achieving this. If you have any questions, please forward them to register@pcmsummit.org and we will respond quickly to your inquiry.
What about dinner on Friday evening?
There will be a seafood barbeque sponsored by Pacific Seafood on Friday evening beginning at 4pm. This will include barbequed salmon, oysters, halibut and shrimp. This is not included in the PCMS registration fee. There will be a $10 donation to Tillamook County Men for Christ for this meal. Our own Whitey Forsman, manager of Pacific Seafood will be overseeing the meal and it will be a great seafood dinner.
What about parking at the PCMS?
Parking is limited at the PCMS location. Twin Rocks has a small amount of parking so we are encouraging that people carpool for the event in order to save on parking congestion. We will have a team to help coordinate the parking as well as an overflow plan with shuttle to get you to and from the PCMS if your vehicle is in the overflow area. Much of this can be avoided if men carpool to the PCMS.
What if I have special needs (accommodations or dietary)?
If you have special needs to be accommodated, we have coordinated with Twin Rocks to provide these to you. These include disability access to rooms and bathroom facilities if there is a need. If you need special room accommodations, please let us know as soon as you register. All special needs rooms will be distributed on first come, first served basis as soon as we are notified.
It also includes special dietary needs as long as we are advised of this prior to your arrival. The PCMS leadership will need to know at least 10 days in advance of any dietary needs so we can alert Twin Rocks kitchen staff of these needs.
You can notify us by sending an e-mail to register@pcmsummit.org for any of these special needs.
