Group Registration
There is some incentive for registering as a group with the Pacific Coast Men's summit. If you register as a group, it will save you $5.00 per person to register this way. Each group member will still need to fill out a registration form so we can gather the proper registration information. To take advantage of the group discount, a Group Roster must be completed and returned with the payment of the group. Please be aware that PCMS will only register groups when all the individual group member registration forms are received. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you submit your group roster and each individual registration for as a package.
The forms are easy to fill out as you click on the buttons above to launch the PDF document in your browser. Choose to either print the forms or fill it in first and then print them out.
You can also now sign up as a group online using a credit or debit card. Just go to our Online Registration page to complete your signup process.
