Waterfront
Swimming and boating (canoes, kayaks and rowboats) are available at Twin Rocks Friends Camp in Spring Lake and the camp employs certified lifeguards to supervise swimming and boating activities. For camper protection, the lake is off limits unless a certified lifeguard is present. If your group would like to utilize the waterfront during the PCMS, please make arrangements by sending a request to the PCMS administration by March 21st.
By state law, one lifeguard must be present for every 25 persons swimming or boating in the lake: and one adult supervision (including lifeguards) must be present for every 10 persons swimming or boating. Twin Rocks can generally furnish the necessary lifeguards but to ensure safety your group will need to provide additional adult supervision.
