Registration Policies
The Pacific Coast Men's Summit (PCMS) strives to make your registration experience as easy and convenient as possible. Please take a moment to review our purchasing policies so that you understand how our online, mail, fax and group buying process works. We are striving to make this the easiest and most convenient way to purchase your registration.

Method of Payment
PCMS accepts several methods of payment: Credit cards, debit card payments will be accepted online from Twin Rocks Friends Camp secure server. We also accept checks, money orders and cashiers checks via mail processing. As other methods of payment become available we will continually update this policy.

Refund Policy for Cancelled or Postponed Events
This venue will issue refunds ONLY if an event is cancelled in its entirety. Sometimes weather or other outside considerations make the performance impossible to complete. Every effort will be made to ensure that refunds are made to the consumer. However, the Pacific Coast Men's Summit will make the final determination of refund availability and/or duration.

Refunds and Exchanges
The Pacific Coast Men's Summit is depended on pre-selling a determined number of registrations. Once a registration has been accepted and then processed, we will not be able to refund any registrations submitted.

Pacific Coast Men's Summit Transfer Policy
If you wish to transfer to another individual, we ask that you notify us within 2 weeks of the event so we can make changes on the registration and name tags. If you have questions regarding this, feel free to e-mail Registration with your questions.

Delivery of PCMS Registration
Registrations for the Summit will be confirmed by an email receipt for purchase. If that email is accidentally lost, email Registration with specific information to have replaced.

How PCMS Uses Financial Information
Any financial information that is given to PCMS will be used in the processing and delivery of registering you for the summit. Your information will be used to verify the transaction and receive the money directly from your credit card company. Some financial information may be used by us to identify the customer at the summit (e.g. your last four credit card numbers used to identify that you are the person who purchased the ticket). Under NO circumstances will this venue ever release any of your credit card information to a third party without your prior consent.

Security- In our registration and ticketing processing, e-commerce is a way of life. We have contracted through Twin Rocks friends camp to use their secure shopping cart for online transactions. As you click the online registration form, you will be linked to their secure server to complete the transaction. Twin Rocks employees secure socket layer software (SSL), which is the best software available today for secure electronic commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. If you have any questions about our security, please contact us and we can read you all of the technological literature and prove to you that we have one of the most secure sites on the Internet.
